What is cold‑air diffusion?
Cold‑air diffusion uses nebulizing technology to turn fragrance oil into an ultra‑fine dry mist without heat or water. This preserves the scent’s integrity, improves throw, and reduces maintenance compared to ultrasonic or heat diffusers.
Where are Nuvo Aroma fragrance oils made?
Our fragrance oils are exclusively crafted in France and Italy, two of the world’s most respected centres for fine perfumery and highest standards for quality. Each scent is developed by experienced perfumers using time‑tested techniques and high‑quality raw materials.
Which Nuvo Aroma diffuser is right for my space?
Choose based on square footage and desired intensity:
- Small rooms / suites (up to ~1500 sq ft): Nuvo Air
- Medium spaces (~1500–5,000 sq ft): Nuvo Air Plus
- Large/Commercial areas (5,000-10,000 ft): Nuvo Air Titan
- All of our diffuser units can be integrated with HVAC to scent entire floors or buildings evenly. Contact us with your floor plans and system type for a custom quote.
What is your return policy?
Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Opened fragrance oils with a broken seal are non‑returnable for safety reasons.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Nuvo Aroma diffusers come with a limited manufacturer’s 1 year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or improper oils is not covered

We ship across Canada and can arrange international shipping for all orders. Shipping costs and times vary by location and order.
How Long Do Nuvo Aroma Fragrances Last?
Our oils are made for cold‑air diffusers, which use very little oil. How long a bottle lasts depends on the diffuser size and how often you run the diffuser and at what intensity.

450 mL Bottle up to 100 days
Tip: Using a timer and a lower setting will make your oil last longer without losing the scent.
