Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization.  Opened fragrance oils with a broken seal are non‑returnable for safety reasons.

Yes. Nuvo Aroma diffusers come with a limited manufacturer’s 1 year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or improper oils is not covered.

Our oils are made for cold‑air diffusers, which use very little oil. How long a bottle lasts depends on the diffuser size and how often you run the diffuser and at what intensity.
